New EvalEval blog post: Mapping Evaluation Cards to Emerging AI Governance Requirements in California, the EU, and the UK, with David Manheim, Andrew Tran, Sree Harsha Nelaturu, Jessica Ji, Jan Batzner, Wm. Matthew Kennedy, Anka Reuel, and Irene Solaiman. We broke 40 governance requirements across California (AB 1405, SB 813), the EU (AI Act, GPAI Code of Practice), and the UK (JCHR Report) into 281 evidence elements, identified the 60 that belong in an evaluation record, and found that Evaluation Cards can already represent 56 of them.
