I spoke at the Out in Tech Leadership Institute 2026 in New York on the panel “The New Shape of Power: Leadership, Technology and Accountability,” alongside Cass Cooper, David Daniels, Shelby Williams Collins, and Ian Watson. As a gay man working on transparency, responsibility, and more accessible AI, it meant a lot to speak at an event organized by and for queer people and queer leaders. Here’s to a more just future where everyone can take part in shaping the technology they use every day.
